The Raindrop Peperomia is an easy to grow tropical house plant with thick, glossy green, teardrop-shaped leaves. It's a compact plant growing upright to about 12 inches high. Give it bright indirect light and warmth. Too little light and it will get leggy. It's crucial that it has a well-draining potting soil, as it does not like to be overwatered. Also, it is best to keep under-potted and be sure to let the soil dry out a bit between waterings. Because of its tropical Colombia and Peru origin, it's only suitable to be grown outdoors if you have warmth and humidity. USDA zones 10 - 12.
