For foliage, as well as flower, said to be the most beautiful terrestrial orchid in the world. Exquisite 3 inch velvet leaves are nearly black, strikingly veined with scarlet. Tall spikes of pearly white flowers appear in winter, making a beautiful show. Compact, spreading growth; excellent for a large terrarium. Rare and beautiful.
