Family: Clusiaceae
Small leathery, pear-shaped leaves on compact, rounded shrub, with flowers that vary from white, to white with pink or yellow markings, to pale pink. Popular for landscape use in tropical climates where it can be used as a low-growing shrub or ground cover. As a moderate grower, preferring full to part sun, it grows 2 feet high and spreads 2 to 3 feet wide. It can even be made into a bonsai. Native to Brazil. We previously sold this as Clusia guttifera (a name of no botanical standing) and Clusia rosea 'Nana'.
