Carmel Browne's leaves have many pointed stars, cleft with a serrated edge, and are dark green to dark brown depending on light intensity or seasons. But, it is most often brown and has an unusual matte finish. It also has a prominent red eye in the center of each leaf. Easy to grow, stays compact and full. Pink flowers in spring. (Keepin)
