Small to medium growing rhizomatous begonia. Crisp bright green leaves with various dark brown, silver, and pink markings with sparse hairs on surface and edges. No leaf is exactly the same shape but most are small misshapen stars with an undulated, serrated edge and prominent lighter green veins. Light pink flowers in spring but showy enough without flowers. Easy to grow and charming. Part of the fairytales series. (Thompson)
