This charming Hoya relative is a twining subshrub with intense delphinium blue starry flowers with dark blue centers in summer. Small downy arrow-shaped leaves. Plant in full sun with regular watering. Cut back in early spring. Native to Brazil and Uruguay. Often misspelled as Oxypetalum caeruleum. Easy.
